Transformyx Announces Agreement to Purchase No-Hassle Computing. Expands Data Center Capabilities with Premier Tier 3 - 32,500 Sq. Ft. Center.

Baton Rouge, August 15, 2014: Transformyx, Inc. announces agreement to purchase No-Hassle Computing, LLC. The acquisition results in the expansion of Transformyx service offerings to include Commercial Data Center solutions housed in a Premier Tier 3, 32,500 Sq. Ft. data center located in Baton Rouge, La.

All employees of No-Hassle Computing will be retained and continue to provide the expected services to the existing and now expanded Transformyx customer base. Transformyx’ existing managed services customers will experience an increase of technical resources available to assist in problem resolution and customer support. They will also find an increase of hosted and premise based computing options to support the ever transforming needs of the modern business.

"In 2010, Transformyx established a long term growth strategy focused on Managed and Cloud Services. In 2013 we took the next step in our long term growth by focusing our energies on expanding the Managed Services offering by including solutions which involve Data Center services. The team at Transformyx has the ability, capital and customer support to make this facility successful and a vital community asset," said Claude Bethea, CEO.

Transformyx management anticipates that many Louisiana companies and organizations are seeking local options for Data Center solutions and services. Transformyx also looks forward to partnering with other technology providers throughout the State through a unique reseller program.

“This facility is the only purpose-built, commercial data center in the market. With an SSAE 16 certification, organizations who have security and compliance concerns now have an option for secure, reliable and affordable Data Center solutions. We have the ability to build a technology solution that fits customer’s budgetary constraints as well as provide a level of capability that would be unreachable for the vast majority of organizations today.”, said James DuBos, Chief Technology Officer for Transformyx.
